Floyd Haynes is a Certified Public Accountant and seasoned finance professional with over 30 years of senior management and executive-level experience. He has spent two decades specializing in portfolio management, investment strategy, and advanced project valuation.

Before founding NewHayven, Floyd built Haynes Inc., a Washington, D.C.-based accounting and management consulting firm that has provided financial support to several multi-billion dollar organizations operating across more than 100 countries. He oversaw international payment processing systems connecting 100+ foreign banks and managed over $10 billion in annual payment processing.

He has led due diligence teams supporting multi-million dollar M&A transactions, directed audit and oversight operations for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, and served as an advisory resource on local content frameworks for the oil and gas industry. Floyd also serves as an adjunct professor in Finance and Accounting and lectures on leadership.

Kurt M.A. Kisto is a banking, private equity, and real estate professional with over 20 years of experience as a senior business and financial sector executive, managing businesses and deploying private and public sector capital across Latin America and the Caribbean.

Kurt previously served as Executive Director of the Inter-American Development Bank Group in Washington, D.C., where he chaired the Programming Committee of the Board of Directors and led a special task force of the Board of Governors on reforming sovereign lending to include risk mitigation. He was the first Caribbean national selected to chair the Programming Committee.

He has lived and worked across Washington D.C., Panama, Dominican Republic, and Trinidad & Tobago, and has served on multiple corporate boards. Kurt is also an adjunct professor at both undergraduate and graduate levels in Caribbean Business, International Finance, and Business Strategy. Born in Trinidad & Tobago, he speaks English and Spanish.
